Annual Registration Fee
There is a $25.00 annual registration fee per student ($20.00 for LBC members). A registration fee will be required on an annual basis covering the school year and is due at time of registration.
All fees are non-refundable. If you register for a class but become unable to attend, please request a refund no later than one (1) week after the session begins and your tuition may be refunded. There will be $12 non-refundable administration fee for all refunds given.
Return Check Policy
A $35 fee will be charged for each check returned due to insufficient funds.
Make Up Classes
Because we pay our coaches and other costs for every class, missed classes will not be prorated or refunded. However, we try to offer make up classes and open gyms (as a convenience to our customers) as long as you are enrolled in that current session and space is available. Makeups must be made during the same session as classes missed. We will allow one (1) makeup to be carried over to the immediate next session as long as you have enrolled in that next session. Our attendance records are kept to track our student/teacher ratio. Makeups include, but are not limited to, classes missed due to illness, vacations, scheduled holidays, or inclement weather.
Inclement Weather Policy
We will make every reasonable attempt to open our doors for business on regularly scheduled class/practice days. However, in the event of severe weather conditions, notifications will be sent via email and posted on various social media platforms.
